Sales contract, PurchFor selling and buying secondhand articles, permission by Public Safety Commission in each prefecture where the business offices are located is required based on Secondhand Articles Dealer Act.
Application will be done at the competent Police Office
■ Application for License to Sell Liquor
You may not sell liquor (alcoholic beverage) unless possessing license. There are 3 types of licenses as below and application can be done at the competent Tax Office. - A mail-order retail dealer's license - A general retail dealer's license - A wholesale dealer's license
